Not often, but once in a while, customers visit us with a weird car problem. How those occurred might be the unsolved answer. This week we had a customer with a beautiful Jaguar and having electric problems.

This woman had major problems with her new carbon plate clutch to operate it. We solved her problem by adapting the clutch mechanism.

Recently a customer had fitted a new set of tires, because the tires started to be a little noisy and new ones should solve that problem too. The tire shop did an excellent job, however the noise was still there.
After test driving the car, I decided to take some apart for closer examination. Found out that both front wheel bearings worn out. The customer was amazed, because 6 months ago they were swapped for new. I showed and explained the customer that change those bearings and assemble it all, is a delicate matter.
